Oriolum LLC is a manufacturing and export services company headquartered in Connecticut, USA.

Each company operates independently but may collaborate for project execution, advisory, and fulfillment services.

2. Services Offered

Oplexio Inc provides services including but not limited to:

• Strategic capital consulting

• Government procurement coordination

• Contract development and project financing support

Oriolum LLC provides:

• Manufacturing of infrastructure equipment and energy systems

• Equipment sourcing, configuration, and export services

• Smart factory consultation and turnkey project setup

3. Payment Terms

Payment is typically required at one of the following stages:

• At the time of checkout for digital or equipment orders

• Within 3 business days of service initiation

• As agreed in signed contracts or invoices

Late payments may incur a service fee or interest as defined in our agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and personal information

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services

• Respect intellectual property and proprietary systems provided by us

5. Intellectual Property

All content, documentation, designs, systems, and media provided by Oplexio Inc or Oriolum LLC remain the intellectual property of the respective company unless otherwise transferred in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our materials without prior consent.

6. Confidentiality

All project-related information, pricing, capital strategies, and documents shared are considered confidential.

You agree not to disclose or reproduce any confidential materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither Oplexio Inc nor Oriolum LLC shall be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays due to third-party suppliers, government agencies, or customs

• Client misuse or misrepresentation of services

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services or goods.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement or service if:

• You violate these Terms

• Fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct is detected

• Payment is withheld beyond agreed timelines

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (Oplexio Inc) and the State of Connecticut (Oriolum LLC).

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
